Food food food food... Have been eating quite a lot recently and slacking at home doing nothing. How to remove all those fats w such little activities :<
But leading a life of an unemployed person is rather enjoyable I must say :)

Zoo

Headed to the zoo on Good Friday with the boy! Managed to proceed on w our plans despite the huge rain during lunch time :D
I must say the zoo has changed quite a lot. The last time I remembered stepping into the zoo was....... during primary school days? That's like many years ago I know hehe so it was rather fun heading back to the zoo after such a long time! Shall probably go to the Night Safari the next time, or even the River Safari after it's opened! :)

Twenty

I love weekends now because that's the only days when I can meet and spend time w bf. No doubt I miss the period of time before he entered the Army. We could spend almost the entire week together, text/msn/chat the entire day away. Now talking on the phone only takes place in the night, while texting is only possible when he's free. Booooo Army boy's life sucks, Army boy's gf's life sucks even more!

But it's alright. Spending Saturday and Sunday together is sufficient for now! Went prawning at Bishan again on Saturday night, and surprisingly, we (or rather just Brandon) caught 11 prawns! Not many, but this is definitely better than the amount we caught previously (3 prawns) :D

All thanks to him I've got prawns to eat for the night! I went to the prawning area to sit and eat fried rice only heheh

Went home and we started preparing our dinner/supper - Seafood porridge! Bought other ingredients from NTUC beforehand, so we were considered all ready to cook! I went ahead to remove the prawn shells while bf cooked the porridge! But the moment I saw prawn eggs I threw the prawn back to the basin and surrendered. Totally hate the sight of the eggs, especially when you look at them closely, they look like this:

It's so gross you know. Didn't understand how I actually held on to a pregnant prawn and took photo last time #likeaboss

Cook

Have been looking through cooking recipes since yesterday and I've gotten the urge to cook a meal out. I admit that I've got no talent in cooking, and I've never cooked something out before except that one time when I tried cooking fried rice at bf's house (not talking about maggi mee though).

Final product! Doesn't look VERY appetizing but bf said it's nice. Ok maybe he's trying to comfort me but his bro said it's not bad too! Hehehe seems like I'm trying to convince myself that I can cook :D
Soooooo maybe the next time when I'm prepared, Imma try cooking a meal out!

Great way in preparing a meal though but nah I won't cheat. I'll cook something out!

And bf will be so impressed w my cooking skills :$
